Red Pepper (Kırmızı Pul Biber)

Red pepper is the result of grinding sun-dried red peppers, and its final presentation can be in flakes or powder.
The most famous and delicious is the one produced in eastern Turkey, namely in Urfa or Kahramanmaraş.
In addition to being used in the preparation of various Turkish recipes, it can then be sprinkled on soups or other dishes during the meal.
