Cauliflower Moussaka (Karnabahar Musakka)

Moussaka de Couve-Flor (Karnıbahar Musakka)

2-3 servings

1 medium cauliflower * 2 tablespoons of olive oil * 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar * 1 onion * 2 cloves of garlic * 250 g of minced beef or veal * 2 tablespoons of tomato pulp * 2 glasses of water * salt * black pepper * red pepper

Separate the cauliflower branches and set aside. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic cloves in oil and vinegar. Add minced meat, tomato pulp and seasonings. Mix and cook over low heat for about ten minutes. Add the cauliflower sprigs and cover with water. Cook over low heat for around 20 minutes. Serve hot.

I really like musakka and I make it with both eggplant and potatoes and this looks like something that I could get into. When I weather cools off I will have to try it.
